Our lavender mead is made using Bulgarian lavender honey, it is a medium-dry mead with a small amount of residual sweetness. It won a gold medal in 2023 in the Mead Madness Cup, Europe's largest mead competition, and a 1 star Great Taste award also in 2023.

“A fantastic elderflower fragrance both deeply floral and complex. A very pretty pale lemon yellow with a smooth and silken texture. This mead manages to achieve a delicate complexity with great ease. Beautifully balanced, smooth, softly sweet with hints of gentle vanilla. A lightness and a green freshness bring an essence of spring. This could make the most delicious cocktail with champagne or prosecco.”
